Meet characters from your favorite stories.

Family Fun Nights promote literacy and positive family interaction in a fun environment that celebrates learning.

 
  • Families can enjoy an evening at the museum.
  • Families pre-register for specific story times.
  • Juice and snack provided
  • Dinner available for purchase in the museum's cafe.
  • Hands-on craft activities
  • During story time, a Museum Educator reads a compelling tale in front of a large screen showing the pages in the book for all to see.
  • After the story, the reading is brought to life when children meet the storybook character.
  • Families may bring their own cameras and photograph the children with the storybook character.
  • The event concludes with a musical parade featuring the storybook character.
  • Members $10/person          Non-members $12/person
