Travel the world through traditional cultural performances and activities. Get a passport and visit a different destination each month.

		August – Egypt & Syria StarLab with Steve Tomecek Sunday, August 1, 1:30 to 4:00 pm What do the stars tell us? Look up and learn about ancient Egyptian culture in this special StarLab presentation. Creative Kids - Art Saturday, August 7, 2:30 pm Create a craft project inspired by our Around the World destinations Egypt and Syria. Creative Kids - Art Saturday, August 14, 2:30 pm Join Karim Nagi-Mohammed as he illustrates Arabic culture through musical instruments like the Buzuq and performs exciting music and dance.

Get Your Passports Ready!

• Pick up a passport at the museum Welcome Desk.
• Visit during Around the World event days (indicated by * on calendars)
  to enjoy cultural activities and have your passport stamped.
• Get your passport stamped from all twelve destinations and receive a
  special souvenir!
