Are you feeling overwhelmed by the emotional and physical demands of parenting during these challenging times?

Join local school psychologist David P. Sylvestro, MA, CSP, and parent panelists Carolina Corrigan and Janine Kelly, Co-Presidents of SPED*NET Wilton, who are professionals in the field of special education and advocacy, for an in-person, guided discussion about stress and self-care. Learn how other parents and caregivers are managing their internal/external stress and talk about the ways you are trying to cope with it all.
