Puppets

a young child with finger puppets

Sunny Days swept the clouds away with Sonia Manzano, but you might remember her as “Maria” from Sesame Street, where she lived for over forty years! Sonia Manzano is an American actress, screenwriter, author, speaker and singer-songwriter. She was born in Linwood, New Jersey and raised in the South Bronx. Manzano attended the High School of Performing Arts, where she began her acting career. To honor her legacy as an inspiring citizen, we will create our very own puppets and puppet show.
