Explore a sparkling, museum-wide celebration filled with music, dancing, creativity and playful surprises around every corner. Put on your formal best and twirl on the dance floor at the Love Bug Bash, soak up the cheers on the glamorous red carpet and get hands-on creating elegant boutonnieres, wrist corsages and more while embracing friendship, family and each child’s unique sparkle. With whimsical puppetry, mini-concerts and cuddly keepsakes to take home, every child will feel valued, confident and truly special.

Puppet Weekends invite families to discover the magic of puppetry every second weekend of the month throughout 2026!
Enjoy engaging, original puppet shows produced by our in-house Puppet Lab – Out of a Box Puppetry – where a variety of stories come to life through different puppetry styles, whimsical characters and imaginative worlds. Beyond the show, explore how puppets work and learn the art behind the storytelling, deepening your connection to this timeless form of performance.

Weather Alert: heavy snowfall has arrived at Stepping Stones! During this “Season of Fun”, experience enchanting indoor blizzards* plus shovel-ready “snow,” “ice forts” for playful snowball fights, sled-pulling adventures and more snowy surprises all winter long. Grab your coat and mittens – the frosty fun has officially begun (minus the chill)!
*Indoor blizzards whirl into The Theater every day at 11:00 am, with bonus 2:00 pm snowfalls on Saturdays and Sundays.
